Reports

Submit a report

If you paid an agency, vendor, consultant, or program and what you got was not what was sold, this is where it goes on the record.

Nothing here publishes automatically. Every submission is read by a person before anything appears on the site. There is no live feed, no auto-posting, and no way for a submission to reach the public site without review.

What makes a report usable

Specifics are everything. "They were terrible" cannot be published or defended. What can be is a clear account of what was promised, what was delivered, what it cost, and when.

Reports are published in your own words, attributed only to a report number and date. We do not rewrite them. If we cannot publish something, we will tell you why.

Person and/or company name, as they present themselves.
LinkedIn, website, or company registration. Needed so the right party is identified.
Approximate engagement period, for example "March to August 2025".
Optional. Aggregated into the entry's claimed-loss total.
What was promised, what was delivered, and what specifically was untrue. Concrete and checkable beats angry. Write it as if the other side will read it, because they will.
Describe what you have. Do not attach files here. We will reply with a secure way to send them.
Only used to corroborate your report. Never published, never shared. Leave blank to submit anonymously, though we then cannot follow up for the detail that often makes a report publishable.

One limit stated plainly: no website can shield a submitter from a court order. If that is a live risk for you, take advice before submitting, and keep your own copies of everything.
